PoseMaster Privacy Policy

PoseMaster ("the app", "we", "us") is a posing-practice app for physique athletes and coaches. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and how it is handled. We keep data collection to what the app needs to work — nothing is sold, and nothing is used to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Data we collect

• Email address — to create and sign in to your account.
• Photos and videos — the practice sessions you record and the still frames captured from them, so you and your coach can review your posing.
• Audio — voice notes a coach records as feedback on a submission.
• Other content you create — your routines, pose lists, session notes, and the text feedback exchanged between a coach and their client.
• A user identifier — an account ID used to associate your data with your account.

All of the above is linked to your account and used solely to provide the app's functionality. We do not collect your location, contacts, browsing or search history, health/fitness data from Apple Health, financial information, or any advertising identifiers.

How your data is used

Your data is used only to run the features you use: authenticating your account, running and recording practice sessions, letting you review them, and — if you train with a coach — delivering your submissions to that coach and their feedback back to you. Practice reminders, if you enable them, use a device push token to notify you at your scheduled times.

How your data is stored and shared

Account and app data are stored with our backend provider, Supabase. Your recorded videos and still images are kept in private storage and are accessible only to you and, if you have a coach, the coach you are linked to. Access is enforced by per-user security rules. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing. We may disclose data if required by law.

Tracking

PoseMaster does not track you. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and we do not combine your data with data from other sources to profile or advertise to you.

Your choices and data deletion

You can stop practice reminders at any time in the app. To request a copy of your data or permanent deletion of your account and its associated recordings, email us at the address below and we will action the request.

Children

PoseMaster is rated 4+ but is intended for athletes and coaches. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify users in the app.
